2. Quotes and Payments

Project quotations are valid for thirty (30) days unless otherwise specified.

Unless agreed otherwise in writing:

A deposit may be required before work begins.
Remaining balances are due according to the agreed payment schedule.
Delayed payments may affect project timelines and delivery dates.
WebMox reserves the right to pause work on overdue accounts until payment obligations have been fulfilled.

All prices are quoted in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise stated.

3. Project Scope and Revisions

Services are provided according to the agreed proposal, invoice, or project scope.

Reasonable revisions are included within the agreed scope.

Requests that fall outside the original scope may require additional fees and revised timelines.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

Provide accurate information and project materials;
Respond to feedback requests and approvals in a timely manner;
Ensure they possess the rights to all content provided;
Review deliverables promptly;
Cooperate throughout the project process.

Project delays caused by missing content, delayed approvals, or lack of communication may affect delivery timelines.

5. Intellectual Property

Custom Projects

Ownership of the final approved deliverables transfers to the client after full payment has been received.

Until full payment has been made, all work, files, and intellectual property remain the property of WebMox.

WebMox reserves the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio, marketing materials, and social media unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Templates and Digital Products

Purchasing a template grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal or commercial use.

Customers may not:

Resell templates or digital products;
Redistribute, share, or sublicense files;
Claim WebMox designs as their own;
Reproduce products for resale or marketplace distribution.

6. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

By purchasing our services or products, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in our Refund Policy.

7. Third-Party Services

Projects may involve third-party services including, but not limited to:

Wix
Stripe
Relay Bank
PayPal
Google
Calendly
Premium Apps and Plugins

WebMox is not responsible for outages, service interruptions, software limitations, policy changes, or issues caused by third-party providers.

Third-party fees and subscriptions remain the responsibility of the client.

8. Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery dates are provided in good faith and are not guaranteed.

Project schedules may be affected by:

Scope changes;
Delayed feedback;
Missing content;
Third-party platform issues;
Circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

WebMox shall not be liable for delays resulting from such factors.

9. Website Performance and Results

Although we strive to deliver high-quality solutions, WebMox does not guarantee:

Specific business results;
Search engine rankings;
Sales or revenue increases;
Lead generation performance;
Website traffic growth.

Results depend on numerous factors beyond our control.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WebMox shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, or data.

Our total liability shall never exceed the amount paid by the client for the applicable service or product.

11. Abandoned Projects

Projects that remain inactive due to missing content, approvals, or communication for more than thirty (30) consecutive days may be considered abandoned.

Restarting an abandoned project may require additional fees and revised timelines.

12. Prohibited Use

Users may not:

Use our products or services for unlawful purposes;
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems;
Reproduce or redistribute our digital products without permission;
Infringe upon intellectual property rights;
Engage in fraudulent or harmful activities.

WebMox reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for violations of these Terms.

13. Changes to These Terms

WebMox reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.

Changes become effective immediately upon publication on our website. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
