Terms of Service – WebMox LLC

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the WebMox LLC website and services, including our subscription-based Wix template library (the “Service”). By creating an account, subscribing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use WebMox.

1. Who We Are

WebMox LLC (“WebMox”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is a sub‑brand of WebOpacity, offering a subscription-based template library and related tools for web designers, agencies, Wix Partners, and other web professionals.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

  • You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction (usually 18+) and able to form a binding contract to use the Service.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

  • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during sign‑up and keep it updated.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are involved in fraudulent or abusive activity.

3. Our Service

WebMox provides:

  • Access to a library of Wix templates (70+ live, 30+ upcoming, subject to change)

  • Subscription-based access via Monthly, Yearly, or Lifetime plans

  • A coupon-based system to access individual templates

  • Support, resources, and community channels for subscribed users

We may add, modify, or remove features, templates, and services at any time, with or without notice, as long as it does not materially breach these Terms.

4. Use of Templates and License

4.1 License grant

While your subscription is active (or for Lifetime plans, indefinitely), WebMox grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our templates solely for:

  • Building websites for yourself or your clients

  • Delivering web design/development services as part of your business

4.2 Restrictions

You may not:​

  • Resell, redistribute, or list WebMox templates as standalone products on any marketplace or platform (including but not limited to Wix Marketplace, Etsy, Theme stores, etc.).

  • Share your WebMox account, codes, or template files publicly or with non‑authorized users.

  • Use the templates in a way that violates applicable laws or infringes on any third‑party rights.

You may use the same template for multiple clients as part of your web design services, as long as you are not selling the template itself as a digital product.

5. Accessing Templates (How It Works)

Once you subscribe to a plan:

  • Our team will provide you with a 100% discount coupon (or coupons) that work with our template catalog.

  • You’ll use these coupon codes to “purchase” templates at checkout for $0 on our connected system.

  • After you place an order, our team will deliver your chosen template(s), typically within 1 hour during normal operating hours.

We may adjust the technical process over time (e.g., portal access, automated delivery), but the core idea remains: active subscribers can retrieve eligible templates using the system we provide.

6. Subscription Plans and Billing

6.1 Plans

We offer different plans, such as Monthly, Yearly, and Lifetime, each with its own pricing and benefits, as described on our website at the time of purchase.

6.2 Billing and auto-renewal

  • Monthly and Yearly subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.

  • By subscribing, you authorize us and/or our payment processor to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis.

6.3 Plan changes

You may upgrade or change your plan where available. Price changes or prorated adjustments will be communicated at the time of upgrading.

7. Lifetime Plans and Their Duration

7.1 Definition of “Lifetime Access”

“Lifetime,” “lifetime access,” or “lifetime plan” means access to the purchased WebMox plan for as long as the WebMox service is actively operated and maintained by WebMox LLC (or any legal successor), and does not mean your personal lifetime or an unlimited guarantee of service in perpetuity.

7.2 Scope of Lifetime Plans

 Lifetime plans provide ongoing access to the features, assets and benefits specified at the time of purchase, subject to reasonable changes, updates or replacements we may make to our services, template library, platform or pricing model over time. We may add, modify or remove features so long as the core nature of the service remains materially similar.

7.3 No Obligation to Continue Service Indefinitely

While we intend to operate WebMox for the long term, we do not guarantee that the WebMox service, any specific feature, or our company will continue to operate forever. If we decide, in our sole discretion, to discontinue the WebMox service (in whole or in substantial part), your lifetime plan will continue until the effective shutdown date of the service, at which point your access will end.

7.4 Discontinuation and Refunds

If the WebMox service is permanently discontinued, all active subscriptions and lifetime plans will terminate on or after the shutdown date. Fees paid for lifetime plans are generally non‑refundable, and we will have no obligation to provide any refunds or compensation for the discontinued period after the shutdown date. However, we may, at our sole discretion, choose to offer partial refunds, credits, export options or alternative compensation, but we are not required to do so.

7.5 Termination for Breach

Your lifetime access is also conditional on your continued compliance with these Terms, including our license and usage rules. We may suspend or terminate your lifetime plan, without refund, if you materially breach these Terms (for example, by reselling assets in violation of the license, sharing your account, or engaging in fraudulent or abusive activity).

8. Cancellation and Termination

8.1 Your cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account or by contacting support.

  • If you cancel, your access to the WebMox library will continue until the end of your current billing period.

  • After that, you lose access to the template library, new releases, and coupon use, but you keep any websites you have already built.

8.2 Our rights

We may suspend or terminate your access if you:

  • Seriously or repeatedly violate these Terms

  • Engage in fraud, abuse, or misuse (e.g., sharing accounts, reselling templates)

  • Fail to pay subscription fees

In such cases, you may lose access immediately, and refunds may not be provided, subject to the Refund Policy below.

9. Refund Policy – 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We want WebMox to be a positive investment for your business.

9.1 Standard refund window

We offer a 14-day money‑back guarantee on new paid subscriptions (Monthly, Yearly, and Lifetime), starting from the date you are first charged (after any free trial).

  • If you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your first charge.

  • After 14 days, refunds are generally not available, except where required by law.

9.2 Eligibility

To qualify for a refund:

  • You must contact our support within 14 days of the billing date.

  • You must not have seriously violated these Terms (for example, reselling templates, sharing access, or abusing the service).

We may ask for basic information (account email, invoice, reason) to process your request and improve our service, but we do not require lengthy justifications (“no complicated questions” style).

9.3 Processing refunds

  • Approved refunds will be issued using the same payment method you used for purchase whenever possible.

  • Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider (typically a few business days).

9.4 Renewals and recurring payments

Refunds for renewal payments (subsequent months/years) are generally not automatic. If you forgot to cancel and were recently charged, contact us; in some cases we may provide a partial or full refund at our discretion, especially if the renewal is very recent, but we are not obligated to do so.

10. Free Trials

We may offer a 3‑day free trial or other promotional trials for certain plans.

  • During the trial, you can access the Service as described on the site.

  • If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your chosen plan will begin automatically and the applicable fee will be charged.

You can only use free trials as permitted and not by creating multiple accounts to bypass limits.

11. Community and Support Channels

As a subscriber, you may be invited to private support or community channels, such as Discord or WhatsApp groups.

  • Access to these groups is a privilege tied to your subscription and may be revoked if you violate our rules or these Terms.

  • You must behave respectfully and avoid spam, harassment, or sharing confidential or illegal content.

12. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose

  • Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or interfere with the Service

  • Misrepresent your identity or pretend to be someone else

  • Use the templates for content that is illegal, hateful, or violates others’ rights

We may remove or restrict access for accounts that misuse the Service.

13. Intellectual Property

All content on the WebMox website and Service, including templates, branding, text, graphics, and code, is owned by WebMox/WebOpacity or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You receive a limited license to use templates as described in these Terms; you do not acquire ownership or the right to resell or redistribute them as products.

14. Disclaimers

The Service and all templates are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or non‑infringement.

We do not guarantee that:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted or error‑free

  • Specific results (e.g., sales, rankings, conversions) will be achieved by using our templates

You are responsible for testing and ensuring that each website you create suits your clients’ needs.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • WebMox will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including loss of profits, business, or data).

  • Our total liability for any claim related to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 3 months preceding the claim (or another period specified by law).

​Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this clause may not apply to you.

16. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

  • When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date and may notify you via email or in the Service.

  • Continued use of WebMox after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

If you do not agree with changes, you should stop using the Service and cancel your subscription.

17. Governing Law

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

You agree that the state and federal courts located in the State of Wyoming shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of our services, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

WebMox LLC is registered and headquartered at 1309 Coffeen Avenue, STE 1200, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801, USA, and all notices or legal communications relating to these Terms should be sent to this address unless we specify otherwise in writing.
